3rd Way Cardio?

I am currently doing very limited kettlebell work.

Every other day, I complete 100 snatches and 100 swings with my 16KG bell.

I would like comrades opinions on whether I should see this as strength work or simply 3rd way cardio as per Purposeful Primative.

I love it by the way as I’m concentrating on running at the moment. It seems to complement my running really well.

I’m just curious on what other may think.
