Ben, in his teens, was a basketball international and was closing in on a 1000lb equipped squat just before he stopped training with power suits etc. For those interested he is currently building up to competing in strongman, his current raw squatting includes comfortable sets of 10 reps rock bottom with 500lbs (he could probably do 20reps if pushed).
He never trains plyo’s, the final box in the series was 40 inches high ![]()
