2 questions

I have two questions. My first question is which is better: flat bench press or incline bench press? My goals are to have a combat physique. Like a marine’s physique or like Pavel’s physique. They both have that combat strength and speed. My second question is how to get better at push ups. I know GTG is an effective way but I do not have time to practice through out the day. I know Pavel has a fighter pull up program to get better at pull ups, but I was wondering if there was something similar to that.
