I have always been curious of calories burned during a VWC session, as it is my favorite KB workout…i cannot afford a HR monitor. I have posted once before on this forum regarding this topic, an got ballpark figures from others ranging from 500-700 cal burned depending on the indivdual, cadence and KB weight….
Anyway i stumbled upon an article saying during a VWC workout one can potentially burn more than 1200 cal an hour…..Which is incredible to say the least…
