11 sessions into the 40 program and a PR :)

I recently started the 40 day program with a little guidance from Mr. Dan John. Here are the lifts I am focusing on:

KB press
Pull-ups
Pistols

Conditioning- snatches

Anterior core- mainly ab wheel/akro wheel roll outs and hardstyle planks and body saws

My goals are to earn my RKC II and tame the beast

Today I hit a PR on the press. My BW was 175. I was able to press the 44k with my L and R.
