100 Swings After 2 Mile Run???

Just REALLY getting into kettlebells, been dabling in them for quite some time. I just ran approx. 2 miles in about 18 mins (not a good average time), then about 10 minutes after performed 100 one-handed swings. It took approx. 6 minutes, I switched hands when i felt my grip getting tired (about every 10-15 reps), and only stopped to re-chalk my hands real quick half way through.

My question: Is this good??? Average? Above average? Below Average?

Honestly my muscles feel like they need a good stretch, but I could probably do another 100 reps. Not really tired after my heart rate returned to normal.
